Inventory management is primarily about specifying the size and placement of stocked goods. The scope of inventory management also concerns about:

• carrying costs of inventory
• asset management
• inventory forecasting, valuation and visibility
• future inventory price forecasting

Therefore, the system was developed to help and assist InfoTech UiTM Pahang in the management and coordination of inventory and distribution of computers, printers, scanners and other ICT equipment. Better and efficient services are also expected from it.
