e-Aduan HEP system was developed to provide customers with an avenue to voice out their complaints about matters pertaining to HEP UiTM Shah Alam. It also envisaged as a channel for HEP to manage, provide immediate feedback and enforce necessary actions to all the complaints received from customers.

 


Bahagian Hal Ehwal Pelajar dan Alumni (HEP) / Student and Alumni Affairs Department functions as an important department that helps the university to shape students in accordance with the Model Graduan UiTM (UiTM Graduate Model). HEP is responsible for:-
